Refund Policy

At Toolnux, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a simple refund policy.

Monthly subscriptions

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months.

Annual subscriptions

If you cancel an annual subscription within 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal, you are eligible for a full refund. After 14 days, you may cancel at any time, but no refund will be issued for the remaining months of the annual term.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@toolnux.com with your account email and the reason for your refund request. We will process your request within 5 business days.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider, we reserve the right to suspend your account until the dispute is resolved.

This policy is provided in addition to your statutory rights, which remain unaffected.
